One of the springs broke on my garage door. I made an appointment, and Brian showed up as scheduled. He was very efficient, and did a complete inspection. He advised me of several choices I could make, and helped me to get,a service I could afford. He completed the service a a short period of time, and the door works better than ever. Brian is a credit to the business.

I phoned about problems with our garage door and Brian arrived a few hours later. He gave us some options and then installed a new motor, rollers, switches and sensors, and belt system. The work was done in less than two hours. We’re especially happy about how much quieter it is. He also advised us to have it serviced every couple of years.

Wed., 2/5/20, called for service due to problems with existing door opener, etc. Brett Owens, tech arrived about noon and very professionally diagnosed the problems and provided detailed options. I made my decision and he quickly and professionally installed rollers, springs and door opener by 3:45. Excellent experience from call to completion. Highly recommend.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Lee called in advance saying he was in traffic and would be a few minutes late. Wow...communication. Alex,represents what true service technicians "USED"' to have,namely pride in their work product, treating customers with respect and pride in their company. That being said,the repair to my garage springs was done to my total satisfaction. Saw an advertising flyer on Precision as well as the TV ad and.. in checking with neighbors, found that two of them had contacted Precision for service. They were very satisfied with Brian and his expertise/level of service provided. We enjoyed Brian and his easy, outgoing personality as well as his knowledge. We had a new Belt Drive System installed as it seemed to be the best way to go! Thanx Precision; will recommend to others:)

I was fortunate to have Joseph (K) come to fix my broken coil for my 2-car garage door. Based on his recommendation and price differentials, I went with replacing BOTH coils with the 40,000 cycles, 7-Year warranty coils. He not only replaced the coil, but also lubed everything, checked the door-stop settings to make sure everything is operating well. On a personal basis, I found Joseph to be a very well trained, experienced technician, and a very pleasant person to work with. I recommend Joseph and Precision Garage Door highly.
