I had Gaetano install new hurricane impact garage doors. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. He went over the contract before installing to be sure everything was what I had agreed on. His workmanship was very professional, after the install he went over everything to make sure I understood how everything operated and he even programmed my car to the keypad. Cleanup was very much appreciated, he inspected every part to verify all was operational. I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a professional team

Had an excellent discussion with Brett Owens, the Technician who came to my home. He explained everything that could be happening but most important was that my Garage door was now about 8 years old. In addition my door was considered large. Together we decided that my best option was to replace the springs. I was very pleased with everything. The springs were not broken but were nearing their lifetime, thus making it harder for the motor to open the door.

After your service tech was here and looked at the garage door opener he said that he could not get the part needed to repair the opener because your company does not work on over head brand and could not get the part to fix the opener. But he had no problem charging me _49.96 for telling me that. If you're company can only fix what you sell why don't you tell people up front so we don't waist our money on service calls that don't fix the problem. When I contacted your office I told the customer service person what the problem was and was told a service tech can figure out the problem. I sure was ripped off.

Our garage door spring broke at 4:45 a.m. on Saturday. We were headed to the airport to take our son back to Colorado. Luckily we had another car outside, or we would have really been in trouble. On the way home from the airport, we called another garage door company, and were told that because it was a Saturday we would be charged an additional $150 for them to come out. We decided to call you guys. We have seen your commercials on TV, and also hear them on the JOY FM. We were so happy to hear that you could come out and fix the problem! Service was great. We would recommend you to family and friends. No need to ever call anyone else.

For some reason your service guy used self tapping screws to mount the new hinge resulting in the new hinge been mounted off center. He did not use the existing bolt and nut assemble nor did he leave them here. I am not sure if the off center mounting is causing the door to operate poorly. Granted it’s an old door but was operating very smoothly. I am in the market for a new garage door.

Being a service technician in a trade myself I feel I’m extra critical when I hire a company to do work for me. I provide quality work with fair and honest pricing to my customers so I expect the same from a company I hire. Well let me tell you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did not disappoint me! Same day service and a VERY reasonable service charge to come out. Alex R arrived on time, was very friendly, and very professional. He quoted me a price that was literally hundreds of dollars less than what I was expecting. He even informed me that they were running a special and he was going to waive the $49.00 service fee since I hired them to make the repair. He replaced both cables, inspected every bit of hardware, fully lubricated all the springs, hinges and rollers and made any needed adjustments. I was so pleased with the service and pricing that I went ahead and payed to have the seal along the bottom of the door replaced also. It’s good to know there are still great companies like this around with great techs like Alex! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and will definitely use them for all my garage door needs in the future!
