We had a garage door making a loud noise when opened...... and had only been in a brand new coach home for under 1.5 years. In our previous home of 12 years, I had used Precision on a couple of occasions, so it was natural for me to call them again. I had next day service! We avoided a huge problem by Joseph being able to know what was wrong, to know how to fix it AND have the parts in his truck.

We had called to have the bottom seal on the bottom of the door replaced… However your company did not replace the type we have.(slide in). We did have Mark do a tuneup and it seems that the door is running a little more smoothly and closing a little better than it previously had. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and we are very satisfied with his work. We called your company after seeing your ads on TV, reading reviews, as well as checking the BBB. We will definitely call your company for future repairs.

Gaetano was amazing and saved the day. A power surge hit my garage door opener so it no longer worked. I called precision and they dispatched Gaetano. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the circuit board needing replaced. I love the honesty and ethics as they could have easily said it was the whole motor rather than just a part charging double but they did not. He was also an excellent trainer teaching a newer technician along the way. They were in an out within 30 mins replacing the circuit board, programming my remotes and cleaning/disinfecting everything before they left. Thank you for the great service guys. You saved the day.
