The spring on our double-wide garage door broke making it immovable and we called Precision for help. The call was answered by a friendly voice who was very professional in providing information and setting up an appointment. We scheduled a repair for the following day and the service tech, Lee Stanziale, arrived right on time. We could not be more pleased with the repair or the very affable and skilled work Lee did to ensure that our door was repaired and functioning properly. It was not easy but Lee went above and beyond to get it right. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing a door or with a garage door problem - actually we already have! If you want great service ask for Lee - I'm sure their service techs are all excellent but we were doubly impressed with Lee. Good value and great results! Thanks!

Technician was horrible- had someone Else come in and re-do everything. Very inexperienced tech. He called for Help and they told him to leave! Called another company and they Made repair in 45 minutes!

I am sorry you felt this way. When the technicians run in to something they aren't comfortable repairing because in our opinion the repair will not help, they will reach out for second opinions to be sure, but in the end our technicians are highly trained and ethical enough to not work on something that repairs will not improve for the long term.
