From the phone call for service through the service call for spring replacement, I could not be happier and more satisfied. Brian arrived at our home with a fully stocked truck, assessed the situation and offered three options for repair with a complete explanation of the options. We are moving into new condo. prior owner did not use liftmaster garage openers so we needed new ones. two other companies I called could not give me guaranteed arrival time, and twice failed to appear in the two hour window they gave. Friday, I saw Precision truck down the street. driver not there so I called. appointment was set up for later in the day. one hour later tech called and was there. checked out our old system; installed two new super openers, and gave an evaluation of the door and what might be needed and what was not needed, plus estimate. and did it "social distancing". Joe, the tech, was very, very good and efficient. I was impressed. cost was a bit high, it seemed to me, but service was excellent and timely.

After an initial scheduling miscommunication, Precision rectified the problem immediately and a technician arrived within 20 minutes. Jason M was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He repaired the wiring issue on the garage door opener quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. I will certainly use Precision again and recommend them as well.

Your technician, Gaetano, has been to our home several times. He has installed garage doors, door openers, synchronized remote openers and installed keypads for opening and closing the doors. He is personable, efficient and accurate in what he does. He gets more done in less time than any three workers we have ever had.

I am 80 yrs old and I find $250 each for springs to be very high when your cost is &50..I know everyone has to make a profit I just thought the price of your springs was very high. First of all, I called at 6 pm the day before and was able to get an appointment the next day for a technician to come out to my house.
