Very polite technician. issue was a sensor slightly off he just adjusted it and said no charge. Couldn’t believe it. I had him perform a full service and the door is much quieter. Will never call anyone else. Thanks so much

Expert, efficient repair job by Mark! The old door had literally fallen apart, yet he was able to manhandle it down, put it all back together with new parts (springs, rollers,cables), and have it running smoothly in less than an hour and a half. Really impressive!

Brian was the service technician, he was so professional and courteous.. I had a belt drive opener with remotes and pad installed, he also replaced the rollers and did a lube and tune on the springs. I would highly recommend Brian and Precision Garage Door Service.

Unbelievable service! I called and they were out within a 1/2 hour and had the door fixed within an hour. Alex the technician, was kind, informative and knowledgeable. Called for a failure of remotes to activate garage door down. Paid $350 for spraying springs and rollers. DID NOT repair the original problem! VERY VERY UNHAPPY and will never use you again. Ripped off!

I called Precision on Thursday night after hearing my garage door spring break. An appointment was promptly set up for the following day. The service technician called 20 minutes prior to arriving alert me to their arrival. They arrived on time wearing protective facemasks and immediately explained the safety measures they would be taking during their time at my residence. After inspecting the job, my repair options were explained to me and all my questions/concerns were fully answered. The repairs and other adjustments were completed in about an hour. Now I have the quietest garage door in the neighborhood. The telephone customer service representative was professional, courteous and efficient. The technicians were amazing. They knew what they had to do and it did perfectly. I complement them not only on their work ethic, but also on the professional/courteous manner in which they served me. This was five star service for sure.
