Alex Reich Was the Technician who came out and He got to work quickly. He discovered that a lock was partially engaged and repaired it. He then used Lithium to spray everything that needed to be greased: Springs, wheels, track and anything else that he felt needed it! I would give him 5 stars for his technical skills and work ethic and personality!

With a few other very popular garage door companies (not named here) doing business in the Fort Myers area, I felt like I was being taken advantage. I have had Precision service my garage door for the last two years and they have been very professional - often waiving their service charge when other more expensive maintenance is necessary. I don't know about you, but I appreciate their desire to keep me as a happy client! I would never hesitate to recommend Precision to a friend, neighbor, or anyone looking for a referral. Precision is a superb company with both knowledgeable and competent technicians.

Brett came on time and examined the structure and performance problem. There was no clear cause, but there were several possibilities, which he made some adjustments to correct. The door was functioning well whenhe finished inspecting and tweaking. He charged us nothing at all for the visit or labor and no parts were purchased. He was friendly and smart and promised to figure out any possible further problems, should they occur. We called Precision because our customary service provider was overbooked and we needed to get the door opening and closing properly. We will call Precision the first time next time. Thank you.

Brian our service technician did an excellent job!!! He was friendly and very professional!! He explained what needed to be done, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up and explained the new system, showing us how to use it and also set our car’s garage door buttons!! Promp on time service. Garage door attachment to chain drive was failing as were the track rollers. Due to the Companies experience they had a replacement part for the fix. Lubricated both doors. Fantastic serviceman.

We chose Precision after seeing that our door had been previously serviced by the company and also seeing Precision vehicles in our community servicing neighbor's doors. We had our springs and safety eyes replaced based on recommendations from our technician Mike after his inspection. Mike was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional in carrying out the repair. I selected Precision from the BBB website to service my garage door. Although I expected a 1-2 day wait for help, Travis Austin (who was in my area at the time) called to let me know he could be here in just a short time. I explained my problem (not working properly) and also my dissatisfaction with how noisy my door was. He adjusted the sensors on the door and installed new rollers. He did not try to oversell my needs. He was very professional and friendly. In a very short time, I had properly working and a quiet door. I was very pleased.

I selected Precision because of the ratings on a search. I've also seen Precision's trucks in our neighborhood about 4-6 times in the past couple of years. I was happy with the response, but somewhat surprised by the quote to repair. The gentleman did an excellent job and the response time was very acceptable.

The service was fine, two springs were replaced. One was broken, however, the technician recommended I replace both due to the fact the other could break at anytime. I called my brother, who knows about these things, he suggested I get both springs replaced and said the price was resonable. The technician was polite and professional. If I need repairs in the future, I will certainly call Presision.

When I booked the work I was told that the service call would be $49.95 and the spring would cost $225. The technician said I needed 2 springs and that the rollers, the cables and various other components needed replacing. The total cost was $900. A significant increase over the $275 that I was anticipating. Your estimating needs to be improved. Also, the technician said that the work was covered by a 7 year warranty but didn’t mention that it was contingent upon a regular annual maintenance by your company. Very disappointing and very expensive.

Our spring on the double garage door was broken, locking both of our cars (and us) in. On the day before Thanksgiving, we called Precision and explained our predicament. Despite being completely scheduled for the day, the very pleasant, helpful woman on the phone said she's fit us in later that afternoon. The company that installed our garage doors said, "We can't be there until Monday." Mike arrived within the window of time quoted and did a very professional job in correcting the problem and installing the new equipment needed. He explained the various options we could choose from and the guarantees included with each option. He did the work and fixed our door. We highly recommend this very responsive company and Mike, the technician.
