Technician arrived quickly , he is professional, has great experience, inform us of what he was doing, he explained everything to us, he gave us option. he was customer friendly and respectful. He wore his mask which is required in this time I will surely recommend this company and will use them again if need to.

I had a power surge and needed a new board. I had conversations with 3 different companies and Precision was by far the most responsive. Mike showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection on rollers, springs, everything, something others had not done. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant! I decided to replace the entire unit and Mike was able to do immediately, no waiting on ordered parts etc. Precision has my future business all because of Mike's service and attitude. Well done!

5 Star Service!!! We couldn't be happier. I called this morning when our garage door opener was unresponsive. "Blue" was very friendly and pleasant. And got us on the schedule the same day, right before a holiday weekend! I received a call from Alex (Reich), another upbeat voice on the end of the line, letting me know he was on the way. Alex is a super representative for the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was very accommodating to my MANY questions. What a great teacher! From start to finish, a top notch company. Like most things what I thought would just be a small expense of replacing a remote key pad ended up as a new garage door opener for $575. Despite this it was my decision. The technician did tell me that he could install just a new key pad but in all probability this would not solve the problem since the opener I had was under rated for my type of garage door. Service was same day and the technician was knowledgeable. I appreciated the options he gave me and I did not feel pressured. I would use Precision again.

I had a wonderful experience with 2 repairmen. Very efficient, experienced and professional. The repair was difficult to fix due to wiring break in wall. I thought there was no way to fix. These gentlemen knew just what to do. I was expecting a huge bill but it was only several hundred. Highly recommend.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! SUPER FAST SERVICE!!!! FAIR PRICING!!! We called for service for a broken spring at 6:45am, within 3 and a half hours we had service and the problem was solved. The tech was very courteous and explained all the work that was needed and gave us our options for the repair. Will definitely call with any garage door issues in the future.
