When I booked the work I was told that the service call would be $49.95 and the spring would cost $225. The technician said I needed 2 springs and that the rollers, the cables and various other components needed replacing. The total cost was $900. A significant increase over the $275 that I was anticipating. Your estimating needs to be improved. Also, the technician said that the work was covered by a 7 year warranty but didn’t mention that it was contingent upon a regular annual maintenance by your company. Very disappointing and very expensive.

Just moved in and the opener did not work. I realize it wasn’t a big job but they didn’t make me feel that way. Very professional and thorough and quick to get it fixed. Will definitely call them for a new garage door

My rental property is about an hour away (which normally involves days and coordination to rectify) but not with this amazing company. I called Precision late in the day who sent someone the same evening. They were able to assess the situation and give me 3 options. We chose to install a new garage door opener. The technician installed on the spot and when finished took payment over the phone and emailed the receipt - complete service from start to finish. Replaced existing garage door and garage door opener. They did a good job with the installation except for the wood trim. The existing wood trim is 21 years old and had wood rot and was warped at the bottom. They just tacked a new strip over the old. The old molding will continue to rot and warp further causing problems in the future. Should have done it properly and replaced the old damaged wood trim. Sales representative said that the old wood trim would be replaced upon new installation but it didn't happen.

I just moved in and my garage door broke ! Chris called me 30 mins. before he arrived, told me when he would be at my home. He showed up, he was very personable and courteous! He looked over my garage door and , right up front, told me the price. He then asked if I needed anything else done or looked at! He told me it would take 30 mins., asked if he could play some music. He then, without hesitation, helped with the code on the other garage door! Precision will be my go to company from here on ! Chris was awesome !
