We were in need of sudden service. Our spring on the door broke. We could not open the door and had a doctor appointment. Look on line and saw your ad. Once again Precision came to the rescue! They installed my garage door opener last year and this time it was the spring that broke. They came so quickly (in less than 24 hours) and the same wonderful technician, Alex, as usual did a fantastic job going above and beyond! I would not even give this company 1 star. A man came to install my garage doors and told me he would not install because my garage was “filthy.” I have been waiting for 3 months for this install and no one gave me instruction that I have to remove my built in cabinets before they could install. Ridiculous. After that he refused to leave and started taking pictures of my garage. DO NOT use this company- horrible customer service.

Mike did a wonderful job installing a new garage door motor and new rollers. Despite the heat, he worked without stopping for a break. He was so polite and professional. He went over the workings of our new system and helped us program our key pad and cars. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Travis arrived within a few hours of our call for service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly replaced our broken springs with better quality ones. He also replaced our rollers. But most importantly, Travis was very polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. None of us like it when our things unexpectedly break, but this company and especially Travis were fantastic.

Our garage door (25 years old) started making horrible noises and shaking to the extent that we parked our vehicles on the driveway in case we could no longer open and close the door. It was a good thing that we did that because all of a sudden the door wouldn't budge. We called your company after scanning the options in our area and read the glowing reviews. It was after hours when we called but we left the message with a very polite lady. The following morning I had an email saying someone would be at our house that afternoon. Fisher arrived around 2-2:30 after calling first. He inspected the problem and then wrote up three options and explained each one clearly and the benefits of each one to us. After choosing the option that we felt was the best scenario for us, he worked on our door for 4 hours bringing the door and it's operation back to better than new condition. We were impressed by his knowledge and his work ethic. He kept on task and was polite, and answered all of our questions. We were totally impressed by him and his work, and with the prompt response from your company. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD IN SAYING YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT. YOUR SERVICE TECHS.HAVE BEEN SPOT ON WITH PERFORMANCE. I WILL SAY THOUGH THAT WHEN WE HAD THE DOOR INSTALLED TO MY KNOWLEDGE I WAS NOT TOLD OF THE UPGRADE TO THE SPRINGS FOR HIGH USAGE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE REGULAR SPRING LASTED ONLY 3 YEARS. I DO USE MY GARAGE DOOR ALOT. IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEN ABOUT THE HIGH USAGE SPRINGS I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THOSE. OTHER THAN THAT ALL IS WELL AT MY HOUSE. GARAGE DOOR BACK IN SERVICE.
