The technician saw what was wrong and repaired in less than 10 minutes. He also adjusted the garage door opener so that problem would happen again but cautioned me to keep an eye on it because it was an old unit. I appreciated the advice and will do so. We had a disaster on our hands with a very heavy garage door. Alex arrived a little more than an hour later and managed to deal with a challenging problem of re-hanging it. He will be here again tomorrow to replace the rails which have become very twisted. When finished, I’ll be happy to submit a final review. Good work, Alex.

Called for a new garage door motor. Scheduled for a technician to come out in a few days. The technician Alex called to inform us he was on his way. He was honest, friendly, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained everything with pricing. Gave us different options. The technician, Alex, was fabulous! He replaced my outdoor garage pad and then checked the mechanics of the garage door.
