Alex Reich serviced garage door that had been damaged by a tenant. He had to make many adjustments to the door and spent time to problem solve a damaged "operator reinforcement bracket" and "angle iron" and installed new sensors bringing the door to perfect operating condition again. Alex was very patient and dedicated to helping resolve issues and repair work was very clean, professional looking. Thank you again Alex.

I’m leaving a five star review because Alex did a great job. Your scheduling, however, leaves a bit to be desired. I scheduled a 2pm appointment, received a confirmation email clearly stating 2pm. I then find out that’s not the reality but I’m booked into a four hour time slot between 2 and 6pm. NOT COOL!

Initially, I had a Major Door company finally come by, after waiting 5 days for them to appear and then the serviceman barely had the time of day for me so I turned down his bid. Called Precision and had it repaired the next day by a serviceman named Alex who was very professional and well trained. Thank you Precision. Alex was also very good in explaining all the new nuances of the new opener.

Alex performed a thorough evaluation of our garage door and opening system, made recommendations for preventive maintenance. Door was making a loud squeaking noise when going up and down. The noise had subsided before the technician arrived, so this just turned into an inspection and evaluation service call.

We are very pleased with the work that Alex did for us. We needed pretty much all parts replaced and new motor installed on our double garage door. Alex explained everything in detail and let us decide what parts we should replace and which ones we could replace if we wished. He came on time, stayed even pass 5 o'clock to finish the job, and the result was an incredibly smooth garage door that sounded like brand new.

I saw your ad on TV and decided to give you a try. Our door was extremely noisy and I had a sense it was going to fail in the near future. Your tech Alex R. came out, diagnosed the issues and gave me several options to fix the problems. Rollers were replaced, motor replaced and spring adjusted and all lubricated. Very pleased with Precision Door Services. Kaleigh scheduled the appointment and set the expectations. She was very informative. Alex called in advance and arrived timely. He explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He replaced both springs, one was broken. Applied a garage door lubricant on hinges, rollers, cables, and all moving parts. The door is quiet and opens/closes with ease. I am a Florida Licensed Realtor. Just a really pleasant experience all around. We called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Tuesday which was so fast.
