Your guys that came out and installed a new trolley for my Genie opener did a quick and through job and were very courteous. I must admit that charging $150.00 for a part that sells for $25.00 on Amazon is a bit steep but at my age I can't do it myself anymore.

He did a thorough check of garage door functions, identified multiple problems, gave me options, we agreed on a plan, and he efficiently performed the service. A very nice young man. I just had the most enjoyable young man help me with my garage door problems. I actually didn't know what I needed but he was quick to diagnose my problem and fixed them on the spot. He was very polite, explained everything and did the job quickly and efficiently. Why did I choose Precision? Lucky guess is all I can say but would highly recommend. I selected Precision from the internet. I have to say, this was a refreshing experience. I was having trouble with the keypad entry and the clicker. Neither were working. I knew the garage door was working because I could raise/lower it with the indoor button. Long story short, when my children replaced the battery in the keypad, they erased the memory. It was fixed in less than two minutes, no charge. Will I recommend Precision? You better believe it.

Mark was my service tech and he was fabulous. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions without pushing unnecessary "upsells". In fact, it was in part because of this I did "add on" new top of the line heavy duty springs in addition to the door repair and replacement of cables and rollers that I did require. The company was very punctual and I was able to have my door issue taken care of and my car "set free" the very next morning. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and Mark the service technician that did my job.

Excell ant service! Mark was so professional and polite, very neat, gave us estimate and options before doing repair, it is like we have a whole new door, office Secretary also very efficient and promised us service with in a specific time frame, I called at 4:00 pm and mark was here next am at 9:30 am,

The fat dummy that came to look at my problem was unbelievable. He backed into my driveway and ran over one of my flower beds. Broke thre bricks lining the bed, got out of the van and did not even apologize for doing so. The other dummy with him must have been retarded and did not speak. If these two individuals are examples of your company I want nothing to do with you. I can find people like that on the street.
