I saw your ad on TV and decided to give you a try. Our door was extremely noisy and I had a sense it was going to fail in the near future. Your tech Alex R. came out, diagnosed the issues and gave me several options to fix the problems. Rollers were replaced, motor replaced and spring adjusted and all lubricated. Door is now quiet and running smoothly on track. Thank you

Called to have a "noise' checked. Precision Tech Fischer Londeree immediately identified the need for additional lithium spray on all roller hinges. Immediate noticeable difference. Fischer then performed a complete check and main spring adjustment. Door now works great.

Very pleased with Precision Door Services. Kaleigh scheduled the appointment and set the expectations. She was very informative. Alex called in advance and arrived timely. He explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He replaced both springs, one was broken. Applied a garage door lubricant on hinges, rollers, cables, and all moving parts. The door is quiet and opens/closes with ease. I am a Florida Licensed Realtor. I will put Precision Door Services on my approved vendor list and will refer my customers to you for their garage door needs.

Had Derrick arrived in set time frame scheduled, very nice tech, and after checking all, saw what I needed and also showed me all my options/choices, but I chose to go with the new Circuit Board part on my garage door opener of which he was fine and didn't push me further to spend more for a new garage door opener, of which I appreciated with all the many expenses I already had for this month. He then drove back up to Sarasota to obtain the part needed and came back in great time to finish the repair, and reset set all my garage door openers, even in my car, which I appreciated. Nice service all the time with Precision!

While the cost of replacement was a lot more than what my neighbors paid and had done by other companies, it appears I got a little more for an additional cost. My service rep, Mark B. was fast, pleasant, and knowledgeable, but I wish he would have explained a little more of what things were included with the quoted price and which were an additional charge. It also would have been nice to know which things needed to be replaced and which could wait. Finally, I could use a little more information on the warrant that came with my new spring and cables as it is 7 years in length, but conditional upon annual maintenance (I just learned this reading the invoice). To what does "annual maintenance" apply and must it be performed by Precision or any garage door company. Having vented with my confusion and concern, I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed. While I can only select one option on the "new product purchased," I did receive a new spring, cables, rollers, and a couple of other items.

Our garage door springs broke. We reported it on Sunday evening, and the tech arrived around 10am Monday morning. Derrick was courteous and explained everything. A couple hours later we were up and running again.

Needed a new motor and springs, they had everything on the truck, no.need to order and in our present crisis this was awesome! My tech was Alex, he was very professional and did a great job!
