This was my 1st time using Precision Garage Door of Southwest Fl., and I am happy to have utilized their services. My garage door wouldn't open or close properly. I check the electric eyes/contacts to make sure that nothing was blocking them, which was how the door was acting. Then I and my wife researched companies to contact to repair the problem, and we both independently came up with this company. From start to finish, they showed themselves to be an outstanding company to do business with. The receptionist was polite & professional, scheduled me for the earliest possible appointment, advised me of the name of the responding technician, also advised that the tech., would call prior to arrival, & then sent me a confirmation email as to same (very professional, yet friendly as well). My Tech., Derrick called prior to his arrival on the scheduled appointment date, was professional, polite & courteous. He asked me what the problem(s) were & then began to troubleshoot the system. In a short amount of time, he diagnosed the problem (a short on the motor wiring), repaired same, & then checked the system for any other problems (there weren't any), but also cleaned up all other connections to prevent any further problems. I am so satisfied with the services that I received, that I will now be using them to perform my Annual Inspection Services, as well as recommending them to all my friends & family.

I called for door repairs needed. Needed new springs, remounting bracket, all new rollers snd new bottom of door seal. Also installed a new key pad. Amanda was able to accommodate my schedule for the service call. Alex explained everything quite quickly and precisely. The work was done right then and very quickly in my opinion. Both techs were knowledgeable and extremely friendly and courteous. I recommend this company and these two techs to anyone needing garage door repairs. I was thoroughly satisfied.

Alex called before he arrived to give us a heads up that he was coming. He inspected our system and provided items that may potentially be a problem in the future. He was very thorough, but not high pressure - which we really appreciated. He replaced our keypad and made sure the system was fully operational. They lubricated the moving parts. Alex had a young trainee with him and was very good explaining things to him. Both men were very professional and extremely polite. We will definitely call Precision Door with any future garage door repairs we need.

Excellent service. Mark came earlier than expected, on January 1; which was just fine. He called ahead. He did a thorough check of garage door functions, identified multiple problems, gave me options, we agreed on a plan, and he efficiently performed the service. A very nice young man. Initially, I had a Major Door company finally come by, after waiting 5 days for them to appear and then the serviceman barely had the time of day for me so I turned down his bid. Called Precision and had it repaired the next day by a serviceman named Alex who was very professional and well trained. Thank you Precision. Alex was also very good in explaining all the new nuances of the new opener.

I saw your ad on TV and decided to give you a try. Our door was extremely noisy and I had a sense it was going to fail in the near future. Your tech Alex R. came out, diagnosed the issues and gave me several options to fix the problems. Rollers were replaced, motor replaced and spring adjusted and all lubricated. Called to have a "noise' checked. Precision Tech Fischer Londeree immediately identified the need for additional lithium spray on all roller hinges. Immediate noticeable difference. Fischer then performed a complete check and main spring adjustment. Door now works great.

Very pleased with Precision Door Services. Kaleigh scheduled the appointment and set the expectations. She was very informative. Alex called in advance and arrived timely. He explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He replaced both springs, one was broken. Applied a garage door lubricant on hinges, rollers, cables, and all moving parts. The door is quiet and opens/closes with ease. I am a Florida Licensed Realtor. Had Derrick arrived in set time frame scheduled, very nice tech, and after checking all, saw what I needed and also showed me all my options/choices, but I chose to go with the new Circuit Board part on my garage door opener of which he was fine and didn't push me further to spend more for a new garage door opener, of which I appreciated with all the many expenses I already had for this month. He then drove back up to Sarasota to obtain the part needed and came back in great time to finish the repair, and reset set all my garage door openers, even in my car, which I appreciated. Nice service all the time with Precision!

Your guys that came out and installed a new trolley for my Genie opener did a quick and through job and were very courteous. I must admit that charging $150.00 for a part that sells for $25.00 on Amazon is a bit steep but at my age I can't do it myself anymore.
