I saw an ad on TV for your company, and then went to my computer and got the Venice phone number. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. When I called Holly explained the options I was interested in and said the next appointment available was 4 to 5 if someone would be home. Jason came at 4:30, replaced all the springs, opener and rollers and was done by 5:30. I now have the quietest door on the block. Thank you.

I had very good service and like the idea very much on your confirmation email the day before my tech Seth was to come for my appt. that you can view who was coming and click on each technician to know a little about them, how long they were with Precision and what they look like even with their picture! I will honestly say, but don't know the going prices on new springs and bearings, and a new bottom seal, price was "okay", but the tech did call when he was on his way, showed up on time and did a great job and even showed me how to open and change, which I already had a 9-Volt battery in the house, my outside keypad for my garage, told me all the areas where to lubricate and even left me the rest of the lubricating garage door spray can. Nice fellow. All is working great!

Just as the commercial on TV says, you NEVER know when you are going to experience a broken garage door spring. Watched the commercial again last night and, this AM as I closed the door, it happened. I called Precision (we have used them before & were very satisfied) and was told that someone named Mark would be out between 12 & 4 PM. Mark called an hour later & said he could be here earlier. He arrived and it was fixed. Mark was very professional & personable & did a great job.

Serviceman Alex was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed our door problem and offered options for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout. I called on a Saturday and he was at our house within an hour after my call with all the parts needed to complete the job in a few hours.

Have used Precision Door previously so I knew what to expect. The Techs are very knowledgeable and cut to the chase very quickly. They were gone in an hour. I had broken the garage door spring and stripped the gear wheel on the drive sprocket. They had replacement equipment on their truck.

We had a problem with our garage door transmitters and also the wall transmitter. This is the first time we called Precision as they were the company used by the previous owners of our "new" house. A service person arrived the day after our call and promptly fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and personable. The price was fair and we could not be more pleased. We will call Precision whenever there is a problem with our garage door and highly recommend them.
