The original 2001 motor for our garage door went out, so I called your number from the sticker on the door from previous service (before we bought the house). The person who answered the phone was professional and thorough. Service was scheduled for that afternoon. Almost immediately after the call I received an email about your business and info about the service person who would be coming. Seth showed up promptly, gave me repair or replace options and costs and he replaced the motor as requested. Great service. Impressive website. Good job!

I would've given 6 stars if they were available! Our installer, Alex, has been here before and we could not ask for anyone to be more polite, professional and thorough in looking at the situation, evaluating what needed to be done, giving us a price, and finishing the work promptly. He made sure that everything was set up and working as it should. Then he completely explained the bill and what I was signing in the agreement on his iPad.

Very happy with Percision garage door service . Have used them before and will use them again if needed. The service man came on time and only had to adjust the reverse beam which I had knocked out of sync. It took him 2 minutes and he charged us for just the basic service charge . He was very helpful and explained what I had done to cause the problem. They are efficient, courteous, know their business,we would recommend them highly.

Garage door would not open or close consistently. Justin came out within 24 hours and rewired the opener, replaced the keypad and adjusted the door. He recommended replacing the springs and rollers in the future. We were very pleased with the work done and confident the work was done right. We would highly recommend Precision Doors and Justin.
