Alex was very professional and respectful. He explained what happened, broken spring, and gave me the options. Although I thought the price was a bit high, we needed the garage door to be fixed. He was in and out in an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered a military discount? That would have helped the bottom line.

When we moved to Venice five years ago we called Precision to upgrade our garage door. We had to call them Wednesday afternoon as our spring had broken. They promptly scheduled us for Thursday and fixed the issue. I think that's the best of what anyone could want - someone to answer the phone and take care of the situation as fast as possible. Technician, Alex Reich, arrived safely dressed for contact with mask and gloves. Reassuring first impression. Brought him to the source of the dilemma. As soon as he saw the problem, he zeroed in on the solution. In about five minutes or less, he had the problem repaired and working like new. What impressed me, is that he then went on to lubricate the chain, hinges and wheels, which had nothing to do with the original problem. Little touches like that reflect impressively on the tech and the high standards of quality service the company offers. He didn't try to up sell anything, but offered good advice on how to maintain my 12 year old door opener system. Nicely done, Alex and Precision.

We had one broken spring on our 2 car garage door. Was quoted around $250 for spring replacement, tech said he would have to change both springs, new price: $545, your tech Brett, was very courteous and professional. Would have liked to know about having to replace both springs before I agreed for you to come out. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

very impressed with the service. it was very professional, informative and spot on with the problem and solution. the service personnel explained in detail much of what i already knew and went to work immediately. after replacing two torsion springs and a couple pulleys in less than 30 minutes, he was ready to complete the service and move on. He also did a great job interacting with my two young children. Thanks for the service, and I fully recommend this company and endorse them.

Called early in the morning to schedule a service call. Was told it would be between 4-8 same day. Was pleased when service tech called to say he would be coming earlier. According to today's guidelines, he wore a face mask and after looking the situation over, proceeded to provide an estimate explaining all the alternatives. Work was completed and after a few adjustments, he politely thanked me for choosing Precision.
