This is the second time that I have called on your service to take care of my garage doors. This time I received the same excellent service as I did last time. Alex called ahead to announce his coming arrival. He appeared within the promised window and went right to work. His repair was made quickly and efficiently. We also discussed possible preventative maintenance and he even gave me some self service tips. Pricing was also fair. I am very pleased with your service and will use you again in the future.

Called on Friday, had our new door opener installed next day. 100% happy with the service. Our service man Alex called and let us know he could come earlier than scheduled and kept us up to date on the time. I can't say enough with praise for Alex Reich, the technician, that fixed my garage door. I was in a tough situation, needing to have my garage door fixed so I could tend to commitments. Alex was professional, very polite , and did a good job in a relative short period of time. I doubt that I will encounter any problems in the future with my door but if I do, I will certain call Precision!!!! Hopefully Alex will be my technician!!!!

Precision installed our new garage door opener 4 years ago and did a very nice job for a very resonable cost. We were experiencing a problem with the remote controls not working properly....sometime they worked and the next time they did not work. Mark B. came and made an adjustment that was assumed to have been caused by a recent storm outage. He was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. He also made an extra effort to rework his schedule so he could be at our house earlier than originally scheduled. He did that at our request due to an unexpected appointment we had come up that morning. His effort to accommodate us prevented us from cancelling with Preciosion and re-scheduling which would have caused us to deal with the remote control problem for a few more days. MUCH APPRECIATED.

When we moved to Venice five years ago we called Precision to upgrade our garage door. We had to call them Wednesday afternoon as our spring had broken. Technician, Alex Reich, arrived safely dressed for contact with mask and gloves. Reassuring first impression. Brought him to the source of the dilemma. As soon as he saw the problem, he zeroed in on the solution. In about five minutes or less, he had the problem repaired and working like new. What impressed me, is that he then went on to lubricate the chain, hinges and wheels, which had nothing to do with the original problem. Little touches like that reflect impressively on the tech and the high standards of quality service the company offers. He didn't try to up sell anything, but offered good advice on how to maintain my 12 year old door opener system. Nicely done, Alex and Precision.
