My opener was not working correctly. Of course when the technician came out it worked fine. Derrick, who was the technician, was awesome. He made a note and said if it happened again he would replace the electric eyes. He also showed me how to override the system, if necessary, until a repair could be made. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the product, and friendliness.

Derrick came early. He was polite and knowledgeable. He serviced the door and brought in into the 21st century and gave me a new opener. All is quiet and works beautifully. It came with a keyless entry, too. I would recommend them to everyone.

My spring broke on my door at 2pm and I was a prisoner in my own house. Called for an appointment and was told to expect a repairman between 4-7pm. We could not open the garage door due to a broken spring. It was great to have such a quick response. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough and presented three options for repair. We chose the most expensive option which involved pretty much a complete overhaul (except for the motor) and a seven year guarantee. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.
