Would have been a 5 but we had to call again within our window to make sure you were coming. Then you arrived 10 mins later. Derek was our technician and he was professional and very knowledgeable. The repair was completed in 45 minutes.

Precision Garage Door is such a professional company. They answered my call the first time I called and had a technician out the next day. We were in need of sudden service. Our spring on the door broke. We could not open the door and had a doctor appointment. Look on line and saw your ad. Called and was told they would be able to get out today to fix it. Alex was great he knew exactly what to do. He was patient, efficient and friendly t our needs.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD IN SAYING YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT. YOUR SERVICE TECHS.HAVE BEEN SPOT ON WITH PERFORMANCE. I WILL SAY THOUGH THAT WHEN WE HAD THE DOOR INSTALLED TO MY KNOWLEDGE I WAS NOT TOLD OF THE UPGRADE TO THE SPRINGS FOR HIGH USAGE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE REGULAR SPRING LASTED ONLY 3 YEARS. I DO USE MY GARAGE DOOR ALOT. IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEN ABOUT THE HIGH USAGE SPRINGS I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THOSE. OTHER THAN THAT ALL IS WELL AT MY HOUSE. GARAGE DOOR BACK IN SERVICE.

5 Star Service!!! We couldn't be happier. I called this morning when our garage door opener was unresponsive. "Blue" was very friendly and pleasant. And got us on the schedule the same day, right before a holiday weekend! I received a call from Alex (Reich), another upbeat voice on the end of the line, letting me know he was on the way. Alex is a super representative for the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was very accommodating to my MANY questions. What a great teacher! From start to finish, a top notch company. And it shows in your employees.

The repairman came on time, called ahead, to make sure everything was fine. Got it, told me what the problem was, charged me a very reasonable price, and was done very fast and even rerouted the wiring to the garage door button so there was no slack. I called Precision for the 1st time; and, overall, I was pleased with their service from start to finish, beginning with the lady who took my call. She was efficient, direct, and provided excellent customer service for a first-time caller. Alex was the technician who came for the call. He was a clean-cut, polite, nice young man who knew what he was supposed to do. My call was for maintenance, not a particular problem, but he explained everything as he went along with the tune-up service. Dealing with Precision was a refreshing experience for such service. I will call them again.
