Today, Derrick came out to check my garage door because it was making such a clacking sound when I opened it that it concerned me. He arrived promptly and complied with my request that he wear a mask. He was very courteous and eager to please. He looked at my situation and made a fair evaluation. I never had to worry that I was going to be told that I needed repairs that were unnecessary. Derrick is knowledgeable and helpful. Not only would I use this company again, I would highly recommend it to my friends knowing full well that they would be treated fairly.

My garage door spring bike on Memorial weekend. I called hoping that someone could come out on Saturday but they were already booked. I made on appt for Tuesday afternoon. The technician, Mark, called and said he'd be at my house in 30 minutes. Mark showed up and explained what options I had. He then replaced my springs and all bearings that were worn. Mark was very good and explained what he waa doing as he finished the work.

The technician, Alex, was fabulous! He replaced my outdoor garage pad and then checked the mechanics of the garage door. He sprayed lubricant on all the areas of the door and showed me exactly what and where to spray ! He was polite snd very efficient! Highly recommend the company and ALex! Thank you!

I requested Alex by name because he serviced my door last year. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and through. I had no issues but requested a 'tune-up' due to the importance of having a properly operating garage door. Alex called before he arrived and conducted a good evaluation of my door's operation then serviced it. We like Alex a lot because he's a great technician. The 'back office' of Precision is also efficient and courteous in handling and arrnaging my appointment as requested. They are a great company.

We were in need of sudden service. Our spring on the door broke. We could not open the door and had a doctor appointment. Look on line and saw your ad. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD IN SAYING YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT. YOUR SERVICE TECHS.HAVE BEEN SPOT ON WITH PERFORMANCE. I WILL SAY THOUGH THAT WHEN WE HAD THE DOOR INSTALLED TO MY KNOWLEDGE I WAS NOT TOLD OF THE UPGRADE TO THE SPRINGS FOR HIGH USAGE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE REGULAR SPRING LASTED ONLY 3 YEARS. I DO USE MY GARAGE DOOR ALOT. IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEN ABOUT THE HIGH USAGE SPRINGS I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THOSE. OTHER THAN THAT ALL IS WELL AT MY HOUSE. GARAGE DOOR BACK IN SERVICE.

5 Star Service!!! We couldn't be happier. I called this morning when our garage door opener was unresponsive. "Blue" was very friendly and pleasant. And got us on the schedule the same day, right before a holiday weekend! I received a call from Alex (Reich), another upbeat voice on the end of the line, letting me know he was on the way.
