The tech was very thorough in his explanation of our options concerning new springs for our garage door. His work was complete and he accomplished it in a timely manner. He handled all of my wife and my concerns regarding the installation in a professional way and did not try to sell us anything which we do not need. After having completed the work he explained how to maintain our garage door to assure long lasting use and satisfaction from it. Our tech's name is Mark B.

They were the first on the google list so i called to get an estimate. Prompt same day estimate. Alex was honest and a great guy. Unfortunately our garage door is stuck open and we need immediate help. Precision is a month out to do installs. Not sure i can’t wait that long so off to get more estimates. Should pay overtime or have a built in fee for emergencies. But thanks Alex for your professional estimate.

Service was better than expected, Leigh arrived on time and sold me only the product that I needed, there was no attempt to try to upgrade the sale and sell me something I didn't need. Install was performed in the time quoted and he cleaned up and took all the old parts away. I would definitely recommend Precision for sales or service

Ryan arrived on time and immediately showed me why our opener was inoperable. He noticed the track for the door was not lined up on one side and corrected that. Then he recommended the rollers and tracks needed to be serviced and lubricated so he took care of that. We are very pleased with Ryan and Precision Door Service.

Ryan the installer/serviceman was great. I thought the garage door was beyond repair and would need new, but he was able to fix at a reasonable cost. He brought everything to my attention prior to work being performed. Worked several hours to ensure garage door would secure properly. Mark was supposed to call me between 10am and 2 pm. He called at 10 sharp and was at my house at 11:30. He replaced both springs along with new rollers that he suggested. He completed the job in only 30 minutes and had the personality you would wish for when someone works on your house. I never realized it was the rollers that was making all that noise. Yes, I would definitely recommend Precision and Mark. Thanks guys.
