I was very surprised they came out on Sunday afternoon to fix my Garage door. Needed to replace the electrical Opener Board and also replaced the Rubber on the bottom of the Garage door.

For some reason your service guy used self tapping screws to mount the new hinge resulting in the new hinge been mounted off center. He did not use the existing bolt and nut assemble nor did he leave them here. I am not sure if the off center mounting is causing the door to operate poorly. Granted it’s an old door but was operating very smoothly. I am in the market for a new garage door.

Our service repair person, Alex, perfectly within the window of time that I was given... actually earlier than later which I appreciated. I received a call ahead of time which is also very nice. He has been here before and has always been very professional, knowledgeable and completes the task without interruption. He is honest and not pushy but does recommend what is best for my issue. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any repairs or install on a new or existing garage door. They have always been forthright and do a great job.

Alex, our repair man, was excellent. He came within the promised window of time, knew right away what was wrong, and took immediate action to fix it. He explained how to prevent it from happening again and made sure all remotes were working after the repair. He was Very knowledgeable and polite.

With birthday party planned and vehicle stuck in the garage they came to the rescue Tech fixed it fast and made sure all parts are working properly. Alex was a good tech. he informed me of potential problems with my system after fixing thw spring issues. The company prices to remediate the remainder of the systems was too high. I ordered a 3/4 HP Genei system for 182.00 and a installer for 124.00 on Amazon, that was a lot cheaper than 2600.00. He didn't have Heavy duty springs for my larger than normal door so he installed standard springs. I hope my new system will handle it.

We rate your service, promptness and professionalism with five+ stars! We originally chose Precision to repair our garage door due to a broken spring. We checked Home Advisor and your company was highly recommended. Today we had a problem opening and closing the door properly and your technician responded within one hour of our phone call and did an excellent job and represented your company at the highest level! I recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida When one of the springs to my garage door broke I did a search on Angie’s List where Precision Garage Door has received very good reviews. My call to them was answered in a professional manner and the representative was very polite and helpful. I was given a 4 hour window for the technician to arrive. Luckily the technician was finishing up another job nearby and was able to arrive in a very timely manner. Alex, the service technician, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was more than will to answer any questions I may have had. He explained various repair options that I had and gave me an estimate of the work to be done. I decided to go ahead and have their higher end springs installed. The cost was more than one might pay for stock springs but they come with a 7 year warranty. Alex also pointed out that my rollers showed some wear and may need replacing in the future and to just keep an eye on them for now. Alex performed the work in a very timely manner. He took the time to show me how to properly lubricate the door’s parts and suggested this be done every 3 months or so. He also left behind a can of Lithium Grease for me to use for the maintenance. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received. I did have some lingering questions that I wished to discuss further so I contacted the Jason who is the manager. Jason was very helpful in resolving some questions I had. Overall I had a very positive experience with Precision Garage Door.
