When I called with a problem, the lady on the other end listened, understood and had a great sense of humor.. not many do these days. She sent Alex to investigate. I was told to expect him between noon and 4 PM. He arrived shortly after noon, after calling me and saying that he was on the way. Another thing that impressed me. After assessing my problem, he smiled and told me that the problem with my opener was minor and will be easily corrected. Inspected and tweaked all of the loose and bent runners. He also explained as he showed me why I had a problem. The springs were worn and had not been installed correctly. I ordered the heavier duty springs to be installed. You could lift the door with 2 fingers after he balanced it. Alex, it was a pleasure to meet you and appreciate your taking the time to explain the answers to all of my questions. Sorry if I drove you crazy. I would highly reccomend this company and Alex for your garage door needs. You will never be sorry that you did!

Alex,represents what true service technicians "USED"' to have,namely pride in their work product, treating customers with respect and pride in their company. That being said,the repair to my garage springs was done to my total satisfaction. Alex,explained what parts were needed to make the proper repair and ONLY those parts..how refreshing not being offered ice in winter. Excellent job Alex!

Service man was very nice. He had no parts to fix my garage door even though the woman who took the call said the truck was fully stocked. I told her it was a non motorized door. Had my husband stay home all day waiting for appointment, so he went to Home Depot and got the parts and fixed himself. The dispatcher wrote up the problem as motor not working even though I told her it was a manually operated door

For some reason your service guy used self tapping screws to mount the new hinge resulting in the new hinge been mounted off center. He did not use the existing bolt and nut assemble nor did he leave them here. I am not sure if the off center mounting is causing the door to operate poorly. Granted it’s an old door but was operating very smoothly. I am in the market for a new garage door.

Our service repair person, Alex, perfectly within the window of time that I was given... actually earlier than later which I appreciated. I received a call ahead of time which is also very nice. He has been here before and has always been very professional, knowledgeable and completes the task without interruption. He is honest and not pushy but does recommend what is best for my issue. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any repairs or install on a new or existing garage door. They have always been forthright and do a great job.

With birthday party planned and vehicle stuck in the garage they came to the rescue Tech fixed it fast and made sure all parts are working properly. Alex was a good tech. he informed me of potential problems with my system after fixing thw spring issues. The company prices to remediate the remainder of the systems was too high. I ordered a 3/4 HP Genei system for 182.00 and a installer for 124.00 on Amazon, that was a lot cheaper than 2600.00. He didn't have Heavy duty springs for my larger than normal door so he installed standard springs. I hope my new system will handle it.
