I recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida When one of the springs to my garage door broke I did a search on Angie’s List where Precision Garage Door has received very good reviews. My call to them was answered in a professional manner and the representative was very polite and helpful. I was given a 4 hour window for the technician to arrive. Luckily the technician was finishing up another job nearby and was able to arrive in a very timely manner. Alex, the service technician, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was more than will to answer any questions I may have had. He explained various repair options that I had and gave me an estimate of the work to be done. I decided to go ahead and have their higher end springs installed. The cost was more than one might pay for stock springs but they come with a 7 year warranty. Alex also pointed out that my rollers showed some wear and may need replacing in the future and to just keep an eye on them for now. Alex performed the work in a very timely manner. He took the time to show me how to properly lubricate the door’s parts and suggested this be done every 3 months or so. He also left behind a can of Lithium Grease for me to use for the maintenance. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received. I did have some lingering questions that I wished to discuss further so I contacted the Jason who is the manager. Jason was very helpful in resolving some questions I had. Overall I had a very positive experience with Precision Garage Door.

Seth was my repairman. The springs broke on my garage door Thursday evening. I called Precision Door Friday morning and they were at my home Friday afternoon. very satisfied with repair,disappointed with info given,me on phone,i had removed old spring and purchased new spring to install myself,have done this before numerous times,tried to purchase rods to tighten tension on springs,no one sells them,the company I bought spring from.wanted $80 to install spring,but had to wait five days,called your company said they could do next day,asked price was told $49,asked again if this was the total price for everything and told it was,when tech showed up was told it was $120,would have appreciated an honest price estimate upfront,kind of lost trust in recommending or doing business with your company again,

In October 2017 I had a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc. replaced by Precision. The service tech installer was Justin. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about job. He recommended after 6 months to call back to have the springs rechecked to make sure everything was still working properly. He came back out for the inspection, made a minor spring adjustment and lubricated everything. Once again, professional, and on time. I'm very pleased with the company and technician.

I had called Precision because of use in the past which was superior and exceeded expectations. Today however, this was not the case. I had put new batteries in the remote only to discover the garage door would not open. I figured that the remote needed to be re-programed...a simple thing. I did not have access to a owner's manual; so I called Precision. The tech took his key and cleaned off the contact points for the battery only to find it did not fix it. He said he could sell me one for $42 plus the service call today of $35. I told him I would wait and purchase a replacement remote later. I do not feel that I should be charged $35 for a service call when my issue was not corrected....and he took his key and scraped ….all of about five minutes. What do you think.

From the wonderful operator/woman who answered my initial call ( very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, ) to Mark who came to repair my garage door, all top service. Mark diagnosed the problem ( my error )very quickly , was very nice , did not push me to buy anything but I had a service and changing rollers done , he was very courteous, explains things really well, worked fast and precise, a great company all around

Originally the first estimate indicated a 5 year warranty but after the installation it was reduced to a 3 year warranty, what gives? Not the way to honor the original estimate and for whatever reason this is not good business.

We selected Precision because there was a tag left from the previous owner. It was a great choice. Justin did a great job. We needed some parts replaced and now it works great and is much quieter. Very pleased with the job. 5 stars.
