After attempting to replace my broken garage-door spring, I realized I was in over my head so I called the pros. By chance I called Pecision. That turned out to be a very wise move. Their tech, Alex, called ahead, was prompt, curtious, adept, explained every thing at my level, including options and pricing (without trying to sell stuff to me) and was quick but thorough.

I am completely satisfied with the service we received from start to finish. We had a security breach at night with our old system and Precision made sure we were immediately booked and Brett came over in the morning and installed the best and safest system for us. He was so patient, knowledgeable and very personable. He made us go from complete trauma to feeling safe again in our home. Thank you Precision. You’ve won life long customers. I was extremely impressed by Alex who came today to repair a broken spring. After careful examination of the door, he took all the time needed to explain the parts, their function, how they should work and why some of mine were working the way they were, causing the spring to pop. He listened intently to my questions and fully answered them, making certain I understood his response. I felt very much at ease with him and I really appreciate being able to make decision regarding the repair without feeling pressured or “backed into a corner” at any time. He was very patient and most accommodating while we hooked the new opener to my WiFi, downloaded an app, set up my account and quickly learned how to operate the door. One of the springs broke on our garage door on a Friday. I booked an appointment upon a quote of 101$ to 215.00$ with a 49.95 service fee. No one could come till Monday 12-5. Service man just gave me an estimate of 895$! Then reduced it to 515$! Never will I call them again.

When I called with a problem, the lady on the other end listened, understood and had a great sense of humor.. not many do these days. She sent Alex to investigate. I was told to expect him between noon and 4 PM. He arrived shortly after noon, after calling me and saying that he was on the way. Another thing that impressed me. After assessing my problem, he smiled and told me that the problem with my opener was minor and will be easily corrected. Inspected and tweaked all of the loose and bent runners. He also explained as he showed me why I had a problem. The springs were worn and had not been installed correctly. I ordered the heavier duty springs to be installed. You could lift the door with 2 fingers after he balanced it. Alex, it was a pleasure to meet you and appreciate your taking the time to explain the answers to all of my questions. Sorry if I drove you crazy. I would highly reccomend this company and Alex for your garage door needs. You will never be sorry that you did!

Alex,represents what true service technicians "USED"' to have,namely pride in their work product, treating customers with respect and pride in their company. That being said,the repair to my garage springs was done to my total satisfaction. Alex,explained what parts were needed to make the proper repair and ONLY those parts..how refreshing not being offered ice in winter. Excellent job Alex!

Service man was very nice. He had no parts to fix my garage door even though the woman who took the call said the truck was fully stocked. I told her it was a non motorized door. Had my husband stay home all day waiting for appointment, so he went to Home Depot and got the parts and fixed himself. The dispatcher wrote up the problem as motor not working even though I told her it was a manually operated door
