This company really understands what customer service is all about. From the first phone call to finishing up, everything was done to our satisfaction; quickly, professionally, and economically. The young lady that answered the phone was kind, courteous and helpful. Josh, our technician called in advance to say he would be on time. When he arrived, he checked everything out and then took time to explained the problems and give us several options to fix them. He didn't talk down to us or use a lot of garage-door-jargon or acronyms. He was very friendly and easy-going yet also very professional. We had just moved into this house and the garage door hadn't been serviced for a couple of years. In about two hours Josh fixed all problems and got everything working smoothly and quietly. Geart job all around.

I have used PDS in the past for spring replacement and was satisfied. I called for this work on Friday afternoon and the work was scheduled for the following morning. Mark came on time and completed the work in about an hour. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Mark replaced the cables and set the door.

Wow ... came that day so my car was stuck in the garage only that day! Joe was great, friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable. Arrived around 5:30, worked in the dark with his lights and fan! Didn't rush, we felt as if we were the only thing on his mind, for sure. He did a great job! Would absolutely recommend Precision!

Seth was a terrific installer. He knows what he is doing and even though he sold me maintenance that was needed, I felt no pressure to purchase anything. Once he completed his work he wrote up the bill, explained all the charges and asked if i was satisfied. The garage door works great now.
