After fixing my unresponsive door with a simple plug-in, Lee reasoned with me. His persuasion for a new operation was an offer I couldn't refuse. Now I'm happy to have no worries for years! Lee made me happy to spend the money for new opener, remotes, keypad, and motor and rollers. Now it's as quiet as he said it would be. Thanks, Lee!

My garage door opener was not functioning properly in that the door would not come down. Lee, the Precision technician, explained the cause of the problem and mentioned options. I opted to have a chain driven opener replaced with a new belt drive Lee was very professional, courteous and left the garage clean. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a garage door repair.

Click here to write a review on our website. Well I will write the review knowing it will never make your website. What attracted me to your company? 1. Same day service, but that did not happen. Waited 3 days for service. 2. Price, but not at first. The first price I was given was high, but then your office called me back with a better price so I said yes. 3. Service: You sent me an email to confirm my appointment but the address was all wrong. I mean all wrong. Street name number and city, all wrong so I called back. As soon as the tech arrived he told me the price quoted was wrong. The price doubled back to the original price. The tech apparently had xray vision because he advised me of this even before he saw my broken spring. I should have simply chased him off. Zero stars is what I would give for a rating but that option was not offered! I won’t be calling again. Regards, Gregg Sundeen

Ryan the Technician did a great job. He was very professional and meticulous. He repaired the area that was affected by Hurricane Irma as well as doing a complete inspection and lubricating areas that require lubrication. Mark was very efficient and knew what the problem was immediately. He had to replace bolts that had fallen out and did a tune-up which I believe had never been done in the 10 years (age of house). Now, the garage door opens and closes very quietly and smoothly. I would like to give Mark and Precision 6 stars!!!

Repairman came as scheduled and called before arrival. Quickly diagnosed problem and gave me three options for repair. Repaired the door and then took extra time to tweak the system before leaving. It turned out a second part was needed to complete the job correctly and he spent the extra time to install new part. ( he could have left early after initial repair as he had completed the agreed upon repair, but realized a secondary repair was required to ensure proper operation long term.) I am very impressed by Precision start to finish!

Awesome. 5 stars all the way! This is the second time I've had to use your services and once again I couldn't be more pleased. Mark was excellent and he fixed my garage door like a total pro! This company really understands what customer service is all about. From the first phone call to finishing up, everything was done to our satisfaction; quickly, professionally, and economically. The young lady that answered the phone was kind, courteous and helpful. Josh, our technician called in advance to say he would be on time. When he arrived, he checked everything out and then took time to explained the problems and give us several options to fix them. He didn't talk down to us or use a lot of garage-door-jargon or acronyms. He was very friendly and easy-going yet also very professional. We had just moved into this house and the garage door hadn't been serviced for a couple of years. In about two hours Josh fixed all problems and got everything working smoothly and quietly. Geart job all around.

I have used PDS in the past for spring replacement and was satisfied. I called for this work on Friday afternoon and the work was scheduled for the following morning. Mark came on time and completed the work in about an hour. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Mark replaced the cables and set the door.
