Travis arrived within a few hours of our call for service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly replaced our broken springs with better quality ones. He also replaced our rollers. But most importantly, Travis was very polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. None of us like it when our things unexpectedly break, but this company and especially Travis were fantastic.

My door would stop mid-close or open. Mark came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for a new door and motor. He got the door working for now with a few adjustments. He did not charge me for today's visit! :)

Jason was very helpful & explained to me that what could of caused my garage door problems. He looked everything over & could not find anything wrong with it now! He reprogrammed all the remotes & keyless door pad! He didn’t charge for a service call because he found nothing wrong! I would definitely call this company again when I replace my garage door opener & install a more wind resistant garage door! Thank you

Never had a garage door open on the garage door. After living in the home for 28 years we decided to ask for a cost to purchase and have one installed. Mark did a good job installing the opener. The only question I have is WHY was I charged a "Service Call" of $49.95? There was no replacement or repair with this service. Disappointed on that hidden cost. Thank you.

Joseph Askew and his partner showed up early and gave me a courtesy call before with his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I've had the springs replaced twice on my door, he checked them out and said they were under sized. He explained why and i agreed. When they break the next time, I am definitely having them replaced by him. No more bargain shopping.

Jason -called ahead of time --was ahead of time for appointment --- and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable... .....and did a damn great job in educating me and explaining the problem ( door lifting partially due to broken spring) and solution (replacement of both springs). ** 4 1/2 stars --- would be 5 stars --but cost is a factor

We had called to have the bottom seal on the bottom of the door replaced… However your company did not replace the type we have.(slide in). We did have Mark do a tuneup and it seems that the door is running a little more smoothly and closing a little better than it previously had. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and we are very satisfied with his work. We called your company after seeing your ads on TV, reading reviews, as well as checking the BBB. We will definitely call your company for future repairs.
