We contacted Precision after another company had not corrected our problem. Precision was a shot in the dark for us as we had neither previous experience nor a recommendation to go on. Website was good, young lady answering phone inquiry was very professional. Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work, diagnosed, explained and showed worn parts etc. Provided various short and long term repair options and pricing. Brian was professional, gave understandable explanation for the problem at hand, recommended 2 new springs as mine were 13 yrs old , but understood when I could not afford those at this time . He just repaired what was broken which was a belt and a J-arm and emailed me a estimate on 2 new springs for the future . He was thorough and did an inspection on the system , repaired the problems quickly and honored my Angie's List coupon for 10% disc. I will definitely call Precision Doors for any future garage door needs
