I called Precision in the morning and Nick was at my house by 2 pm. He was very professional, polite and a really nice man. He figured out the problem very quickly and explained it to me and told me the exact cost before proceeding. He fixed the door and everything is working perfectly. You get what you pay for. I was very pleased I selected PRECISION to repair our garage door. The company quickly made arrangements for someone to come out for the repair. I first read many of the company's positive reviews. The serviceman Doug was polite, knowledgeable and provided various cost options to get the project completed. I was in trouble! My garage door would not open. I searched the internet and after trying some simple remedies I realized it was my springs. I couldn’t even disengage the door then open it. I called the garage door company labeled on the door but they couldn’t service mine for a week and a half. Called Precision Doors and they were here the next day. The rep gave me three options considering the door was 12 years old. No pressure just information so we could make a choice. After I choose an option it was fixed immediately. Precision was very professional from the first contact to their truck driving away.

I highly recommend PGDS for fast service, follow-up and follow thru and very well trained and friendly Service Techs who are thorough and explain what's needed for repair and then show you the cost and then have the parts and tools to get done quickly and your back in business with a smooth operating garage door. From my urgent service call to driving away from my property in Bradenton--less than 2 hours. They repaired my garage door 3 years ago, left their sticker on the inside so I could quickly call them again-got the same great, and efficient service.

Our’s was a simple matter relating to the keypad opener, but it was attended to quite pleasantly by Fisher, who also took the time to inspect the door, springs and rollers which may require additional attention in the coming years. Options to consider were provided . Great experience!

Good morning Andrew Well I chose your company to repair my garage door spring because of recent television commercials and the promise to come same day. I had asked neighbors who they used and relative costs. A number of companies were recommended with cost of repairs varying from $350-$450 which I thought was reasonable given that Lowes cost for a new spring was just over $140 less my military discount of 10%, I was quite delighted with the repairman who came as he said he was ex-US Navy like myself. Need-less-to-say, i was astounded by the prices he quoted $1400+ down to a final price of $880 to just replace the spring and lubricate the new Spring. I went with this as my last choice as I had to pay nearly $100 just for him coming. I sat down and watched him and it only took him less than 1 Hour to do it all. Again I was shocked at the time and cost. Maybe $400-$500 would have been more than appropriate. So Any and All recommendations will be 100% Negative except for the workmanship. As a member or Rotary, I shall spread this far and wide. A $300 refund would be more than appropriate for a 20 year combat military retiree.
