You get what you pay for. I was very pleased I selected PRECISION to repair our garage door. The company quickly made arrangements for someone to come out for the repair. I first read many of the company's positive reviews. The serviceman Doug was polite, knowledgeable and provided various cost options to get the project completed. Some of the other companies I called never answered the phone. The website is easy to use and the follow up messages/invoices were informative. Patti

I was in trouble! My garage door would not open. I searched the internet and after trying some simple remedies I realized it was my springs. I couldn’t even disengage the door then open it. I called the garage door company labeled on the door but they couldn’t service mine for a week and a half. Called Precision Doors and they were here the next day. The rep gave me three options considering the door was 12 years old. No pressure just information so we could make a choice. After I choose an option it was fixed immediately. Precision was very professional from the first contact to their truck driving away.

I highly recommend PGDS for fast service, follow-up and follow thru and very well trained and friendly Service Techs who are thorough and explain what's needed for repair and then show you the cost and then have the parts and tools to get done quickly and your back in business with a smooth operating garage door. From my urgent service call to driving away from my property in Bradenton--less than 2 hours. They repaired my garage door 3 years ago, left their sticker on the inside so I could quickly call them again-got the same great, and efficient service.

He explained the benefits of the 3 and after making my choice he was able to complete the job in 2 hours. He then took the time to set up the myQ app on my phone which allows me use the opener remotely I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price. How FORTUNATE to get Justin as my door tech twice!! Besides looking like Josh Groban, he was professional, informative, and personable!! After I used them last year for a breakdown, I was trying to avoid another due to age and wear and tear! Justin was no pressure, gave me an estimate, and didn’t try to ram a sales down my throat!! I definitely will be calling Precision to remodel my garage door in the bit so far future!! These guys are A GREAT COMPANY!!!!
