I needed a spring & cable replacement. The price the repair was 4 times higher than the ball park verbal estimate provided by the office over the phone, $140-$250 per set for springs and $79 service call fee. HOWEVER, I can't speak highly enough about the technician, Brian Fixter. He didn't try to oversell me, very professional, courteous and didn't apply any high pressure tactics. He replaced the rollers, springs and cables. Overall good experience.

I was most impressed with your organization. I called at about 1:45 today, Thursday, 30th of May and was informed that I would have someone over today, between the hours of 2 to 6 p.m. I received a call at about 2:30 from the service tech to come over and repair my garage door that was not working. Your repairman was professional however, the price to replace two sensors was very high within a very short amount of replacement time, and the additional estimate charge was without a discount for elderly senior citizen.

Thanks to Matt for great service today! He was quick to tell me how he could help me by repairing my garage door, and did the work promptly. He also helped answer a few questions I had about how I could maintaining the door and keep it in good condition. Finally, he took a few minutes to answer a question about opening the door when I don't have power which happened recently during a pro-longed power failure in our community, but is also helpful info for hurricane season. I was hesitant to manually open the double door thinking it was too heavy, but he demonstrated how to do it and then watched as I did it myself. I am grateful for the great service and Matt's kindness!!

Scheduled tuneup but when technician arrived it seemed that everything on the garage door needed replacement. Also, my door opener which worked fine before visit and is about four years old was malfunctioning after the door was repaired . I was offered a new opener for about $800 which is four times the price I paid for the current opener. And finally, after $1373.00, the door does not close properly. Obviously not satisfied with my experience with Precision.

The service professional did a great job! He temporarily repaired the problem but advised us that we would need to replace garage door eventually as it was quite old and starting to have problems. He wrote out a plan for replacement and provided the estimated cost. Was very clear in what needed to be done. If all your workers are this good, you must do well. Thanks.

I chose Precision because of the reviews I had read on line. I had dealt with another company at one time but they never returned my call (never got a live person - just answering machines and automated attendants)so needed to look for another company. Installed the garage door with new motor in August 2022. Installation went smoothly. Today we had a little problem, Precision sent a technician out who fixed the problem immediately and did an awesome job reinforcing the broken bracket.
