The service professional did a great job! He temporarily repaired the problem but advised us that we would need to replace garage door eventually as it was quite old and starting to have problems. He wrote out a plan for replacement and provided the estimated cost. Was very clear in what needed to be done. If all your workers are this good, you must do well. Thanks.

Garage Door issues this morning.... Called Precision Door, the schedule was very polite and booked me an appointment right away. Doug the repair tech was very responsive and communicated his arrival time to minute. Doug worked quickly, found the issue and corrected it quickly. Doug was very informative and courteous. I chose Precision because of the reviews I had read on line. I had dealt with another company at one time but they never returned my call (never got a live person - just answering machines and automated attendants)so needed to look for another company. Precision had a real live person answer the phone. Karen was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the professional service and work done by the technician Doug. Overall - a very good experience.

Installed the garage door with new motor in August 2022. Installation went smoothly. Today we had a little problem, Precision sent a technician out who fixed the problem immediately and did an awesome job reinforcing the broken bracket.

Good morning Andrew Well I chose your company to repair my garage door spring because of recent television commercials and the promise to come same day. I had asked neighbors who they used and relative costs. A number of companies were recommended with cost of repairs varying from $350-$450 which I thought was reasonable given that Lowes cost for a new spring was just over $140 less my military discount of 10%, I was quite delighted with the repairman who came as he said he was ex-US Navy like myself. Need-less-to-say, i was astounded by the prices he quoted $1400+ down to a final price of $880 to just replace the spring and lubricate the new Spring. I went with this as my last choice as I had to pay nearly $100 just for him coming. I sat down and watched him and it only took him less than 1 Hour to do it all. Again I was shocked at the time and cost. Maybe $400-$500 would have been more than appropriate. So Any and All recommendations will be 100% Negative except for the workmanship. As a member or Rotary, I shall spread this far and wide. A $300 refund would be more than appropriate for a 20 year combat military retiree.

You get what you pay for. I was very pleased I selected PRECISION to repair our garage door. The company quickly made arrangements for someone to come out for the repair. I first read many of the company's positive reviews. The serviceman Doug was polite, knowledgeable and provided various cost options to get the project completed. I was in trouble! My garage door would not open. I searched the internet and after trying some simple remedies I realized it was my springs. I couldn’t even disengage the door then open it. I called the garage door company labeled on the door but they couldn’t service mine for a week and a half. Called Precision Doors and they were here the next day. The rep gave me three options considering the door was 12 years old. No pressure just information so we could make a choice. After I choose an option it was fixed immediately. Precision was very professional from the first contact to their truck driving away.
