Having never owned a garage door of this type before I was shocked to hear what sounded like a explosion in the garage when one of our springs let go on a Saturday morning in Lakewood Ranch. After seeing their commercials on TV for a while, and realizing that the door was totally inoperable rendering our vehicles useless, I decided to call Precision. Their response was prompt and their technician Matt Jones was here within 3 hours. He was cordial, skillful, neat and quick and we were back up and running within an hour. Twice we've tried working with the company that installed our garage door. We never got any satisfaction. I had call different company’s and no one came so I decided to call precision so we set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon at 4pm so Matt call me sometime around noon to let me know that he had and early opening so I told him to come very nice man he fix my problem and I was very happy I thought the price was a bit high but nothing is cheap these days I’m please that problem was taken care and I would used your services again if I need anything thank a lot and give Matt 4stars

After Hurricane Ian the garage door needed repair. I called they answered!!! Others did Not even answer their phone. Had a set date & time and they were able to come early and they did. Initially I was going to use the company that installed the garage door and system when our home was constructed. I'm glad I chose Precision instead. We discovered our door springs (which were only two years old when they broke and got replaced) were not even the right ones for our door. Our service was efficient. I even learned how to use the app to control the garage door. I highly recommend Precision.
