Seth, our technician was great. We called Sunday night to see if someone could fix our door. It was stuck halfway down and nothing was working. Car remotes as well as inside wall remote. He came Monday evening and replaced keyboard panel they worked with us on a time that fit into our schedule. We totally recommend using this company.

Got a quote from another garage door company for $673 to replace the garage door opener which they said was unrepairable. Called precision for a second quote. Their technician fixed the door opener and it works perfectly. Total cost $89. Thank you precision door!

5 stars - found Precision door a few yrs ago, was not happy with company I used. Door/misc repair stuff. 1st problem stray cat I feed chewed sensor wires on floor to get out.. Tech(s) were awesome then & now....very nice, knowledgeable, fixed problems I had... No hard sell, sell!!!! (Like A/C & plumbing companies!!!!) Told me any future problems that may occur, on budget, so.....Tech repaired what we thought necessary. Thank you for an efficient fast-response company.

Joe was my service person. He was ontime and efficient. He found a few things that needed service but I chose the third option to replace the garage door opener due to the age of what I had. I appreciated the three options he provided and the answers to all the questions I had for him. He completed the work within his estimated time frame.
