We had an overhead door installed last year by Precision. We were really impressed with the prompt service we received. The technician did an excellent job and knew what he was doing! We had an electrical short fixed today and this technician got it done quickly. They and office staff are always pleasant and willing to help!

ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED!! We were referred to Precision by a friend who recently had garage work done. Alex was not only knowledgeable and professional but he was friendly and extremely customer focused. He explained all the options we had, explained workings of both motor and garage door and then completed a thorough job of installing a new Spring and Rollers!! Spring breaks in my garage door at around 10:30 am today. Call Overhead Garage, great call center contact. They indicate the repair person will be here between 12 - 4 pm. He arrives, assesses situation and proceeds to fix it within an hour. Evident he knew his business and extremely polite and professional. Would recommend this company and it's capabilities to all in my neighborhood and will do that.

Joe was very knowledgeable and personable. Replaced the broken torsion springs and rebalanced the garage door. Also replaced the rollers. Runs better and quieter than when the door was new.

Your serviceman Joe was very efficient and explained to me the problems with the garage door. While I thought that the repair was very expensive, I went ahead and instructed him to carry out the work because I need to have a door in good working condition. Joe did a fine job and I am pleased. The only thing is that I forgot to ask if as a senior I would get a discount, which sometimes is the case for this type of service.
