I highly recommend this company. They were prompt and finished the repair to our garage door quickly. I called them after the first company I contacted (the original installers) was a "no show" for our appointment. Precision came the next day (Saturday) and made it possible to open my garage again.

ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED!! We were referred to Precision by a friend who recently had garage work done. Alex was not only knowledgeable and professional but he was friendly and extremely customer focused. He explained all the options we had, explained workings of both motor and garage door and then completed a thorough job of installing a new Spring and Rollers!! There was a bait and switch on the price. Perhaps better put, it was an omission in that I needed two springs and a center bearing. Original ball park estimate was $148. I paid $340. I asked if they serviced my Ryobi GDO. They stated that they did. They were fundamentally unfamiliar with the product. Technician Lee was pleasant and diligent. Yes, my GD goes up and down. Call center and management leaves much to be desired. Do not recommend.
