Lee was very efficient and really knew his stuff! Did a fantastic job replacing every moving part of the double garage door and reprogrammed the key-less entry. The old system was 15 years old and with this new system you can hardly hear the door in open/close mode. Lee was great and so is Precision!

There was a bait and switch on the price. Perhaps better put, it was an omission in that I needed two springs and a center bearing. Original ball park estimate was $148. I paid $340. I asked if they serviced my Ryobi GDO. They stated that they did. They were fundamentally unfamiliar with the product. Technician Lee was pleasant and diligent. Yes, my GD goes up and down. Call center and management leaves much to be desired. Do not recommend.

I highly recommend this company. They were prompt and finished the repair to our garage door quickly. I called them after the first company I contacted (the original installers) was a "no show" for our appointment. Precision came the next day (Saturday) and made it possible to open my garage again.
