My door spring broke and I called the company that usually services my home. They wouldn't be able to help me until tomorrow even though I told them I was unable to get my car out of the garage. I then called Precision and someone was at my home within a few hours. The work was explained carefully to me and was done quickly and neatly. This is my new garage service dealer for sure!

Lee did an excellent job. The response from Precision was great as the old opener died and needed to be replace. Lee appraised the situation and recommended the replacement unit that would be best for our home. He was able to replace the motor and install the new belt drive, install new opener pads inside and outside and sinc our two vehicles to the new opener in short order. He was very knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. Job well done!

When our garage spring broke, we were trapped in our own garage. We managed to get out but our hero, Lee arrived the very next day to put in the new green springs. But first he had to single-handedly raise that very heavy door by himself! Our new job was done quickly and professionally and came with a seven year warranty on the springs. Lee was very efficient and really knew his stuff! Did a fantastic job replacing every moving part of the double garage door and reprogrammed the key-less entry. The old system was 15 years old and with this new system you can hardly hear the door in open/close mode. Lee was great and so is Precision!
