I’d give 10 stars if I could. Lee called in advance saying he was in traffic and would be a few minutes late. Wow...communication. My door spring broke and I called the company that usually services my home. They wouldn't be able to help me until tomorrow even though I told them I was unable to get my car out of the garage. Lee did an excellent job. The response from Precision was great as the old opener died and needed to be replace. Lee appraised the situation and recommended the replacement unit that would be best for our home. He was able to replace the motor and install the new belt drive, install new opener pads inside and outside and sinc our two vehicles to the new opener in short order. He was very knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. Job well done!
