Very pleased with Precision Door Services. Kaleigh scheduled the appointment and set the expectations. She was very informative. Alex called in advance and arrived timely. He explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He replaced both springs, one was broken. Applied a garage door lubricant on hinges, rollers, cables, and all moving parts. The door is quiet and opens/closes with ease. I am a Florida Licensed Realtor. I will put Precision Door Services on my approved vendor list and will refer my customers to you for their garage door needs.

Just a really pleasant experience all around. We called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Tuesday which was so fast. Alex was really professional and explained everything thoroughly allowing us to make the right decision based on our situation. Zero pressure on choices and had the items with him for a quick install. From start to finish this company could not be more professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future!

We have dealt with Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past so they were my go to this time. The problem was my garage door was going up and down on it's own and Fisher quickly determined what it wasn't. When the door almost crashed down on him he knew exactly what was going on and proceeded to correct the problems. New springs, new motor, keypad, remotes and a 7-year Warranty! I now have an exceptionally quiet garage door and I have Peace of Mind as far as my safety is concerned. The quoted price was fair and considering the working conditions in the hot, airless garage Fisher had to work in his pleasant attitude and professionalism was commendable. Fisher is a fantastic employee and I hope he is appreciated. I'm a fan!

Had Derrick arrived in set time frame scheduled, very nice tech, and after checking all, saw what I needed and also showed me all my options/choices, but I chose to go with the new Circuit Board part on my garage door opener of which he was fine and didn't push me further to spend more for a new garage door opener, of which I appreciated with all the many expenses I already had for this month. He then drove back up to Sarasota to obtain the part needed and came back in great time to finish the repair, and reset set all my garage door openers, even in my car, which I appreciated. Nice service all the time with Precision!

E very once in a while a person makes the right choice. Today was my day ! I was lucky enough to get PRECISION DOOR SERVICE on the phone within 24 hours of my garage door going on the fritz. Approximately 12 hours later your truck was in my driveway and within one hour everything was operating like brand new. My technicians name was Derrick Irving and I guess it was my lucky day.
