While the cost of replacement was a lot more than what my neighbors paid and had done by other companies, it appears I got a little more for an additional cost. My service rep, Mark B. was fast, pleasant, and knowledgeable, but I wish he would have explained a little more of what things were included with the quoted price and which were an additional charge. It also would have been nice to know which things needed to be replaced and which could wait. Finally, I could use a little more information on the warrant that came with my new spring and cables as it is 7 years in length, but conditional upon annual maintenance (I just learned this reading the invoice). To what does "annual maintenance" apply and must it be performed by Precision or any garage door company. Having vented with my confusion and concern, I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed. While I can only select one option on the "new product purchased," I did receive a new spring, cables, rollers, and a couple of other items.

Our garage door springs broke. We reported it on Sunday evening, and the tech arrived around 10am Monday morning. Derrick was courteous and explained everything. A couple hours later we were up and running again.

My opener was not working correctly. Of course when the technician came out it worked fine. Derrick, who was the technician, was awesome. He made a note and said if it happened again he would replace the electric eyes. He also showed me how to override the system, if necessary, until a repair could be made. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the product, and friendliness.

My spring broke on my door at 2pm and I was a prisoner in my own house. Called for an appointment and was told to expect a repairman between 4-7pm. Fifteen minutes later, Derrick called and said he could be here shortly. He came and the repair was done in about 40 minutes. Fast, efficient and thorough....Thank You very much!!

We could not open the garage door due to a broken spring. It was great to have such a quick response. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough and presented three options for repair. We chose the most expensive option which involved pretty much a complete overhaul (except for the motor) and a seven year guarantee. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

Justin was both personable and professional. Price seemed high but he did a great job of justifying it. Was able to get to us even sooner than promised and worked quickly and efficiently. A few of the U tacks he used to secure the wiring were left on the garage floor (potentially not tire friendly). All other material was neatly disposed of. Overall, quite satisfied.
