After 5 years of being in my home I finally decided to get the bottom seal put on. I don’t know why I waited so long. I think I didn’t really understand the problem. Or I procrastinated or didn’t know a company to call. Dirt and bugs and lizards came in and made themselves at home in my garage all that time. I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming and dusting everything. One day I saw a Precision truck on the way to work and called them right then from my car. We scheduled for 2 days later (on a Sunday even!) and I’m just so happy now! Even the road noise from out front is filtered out since it was done. The technician also lubed up the tracks and checked everything out. It was an appointment I should have made years ago. So, (and I’m not getting paid for this in any way…) Don’t ignore your garage door! I will use them anytime I need work done on it. Well worth the time and money.

Precision was recommended by a neighbor. Was totally satisfied with the mechanic and his excellent work. Mark was instructive and mentioned all that was needed to bring old garage door and hardware up to date. Much quieter now with new wheels, springs and so forth. Didn't quite have the proper main springs, but the substitute was satisfactory. Time will tell. Work was accomplished in a reasonable time and caused no inconvenience once underway.

Precision Door of Southwest Florida came recommended to me from a neighbor. Have two properties with garage doors needing repair. I called them on Saturday in May 2022 to schedule the repairs. To my surprise they came out on Sunday and repaired both garage doors. Tom was the mechanic. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. One garage door required a spring replacement and the other required a broken gear replacement and new weather stripping at the door bottom. Thank you Tom for getting my garage doors up and running again. I am happy to recommend this company to you. -PVL

Chose Precision because their toll-free number was on my garage door. Got an appointment for about 3-4 days out on a Saturday. So same day service was out of the question. Service person showed up as scheduled and offered 3 options. He did not have any parts to resolve the issue, so I chose the one that required repairing the circuitry and was supposed to be contacted on Monday to pursue. No contact on Monday. I texted service person and he had talked with his manager who said they could not get the part and to call back when we got back from a trip up north. Do not recommend this company since they don't have much concern for the customer. Not a very good experience overall.
