My garage door stopped working about 3 pm. I just looked in phone book and found Precision. They answered phone quickly and technician Josh S. came within 1 1/2 hours. Josh was very thorough and explained what was wrong and what he could do to fix problem. He gave me 2 options on repairs and I selected the one that would correct problem without breaking the bank. I felt he did a very good job and was knowledgable and personable.I stayed with him during the repair and he explained everything he did, which was good if I encounter issues in the future. I liked the fact that after making the appointment I received a confirmation e-mail showing a photo of Josh and a list of reviews. I was very impressed with everything about Precision and would give them 5 stars.

I needed to change the code to my key pad. I called around 9 am and was told the tech would be here between 10 -2. Leigh called shortly after 9:30 and was here shortly after. He changed the pad, set up my car pad also. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have used Precision before for garage door repair and highly recommend them.

The Tech was very helpful in explaining the options available since my system was an older one that wasn't serviceable -- after selecting a new motor and pulley system, he was able to replace the old and have the door functional in about 90 minutes. He then patiently explained the operation and nuances of the new system.
