Sometimes your expectations are so exceeded that you have to tell everyone and that is what I am going to do - recommend to all my friends that when it comes to overhead doors - call Precision! My 15 year old overhead door groaned, squeaked and rattled every time I opened it. A friend recommended Precision and suggested the nylon rollers as one thing that reduces the noise, but what Precision did was replace the rollers and replace the 'undersized' springs. The result is a door that is so quiet and smooth that I hesitate for a moment when I press the open or close button because I do not hear anything, but then see the door moving. Smooth and quiet. Thanks Precision!!

We arrived home from a vacation to find our 28-year old garage door with a big crack in it. I am a member of a Facebook group, Venice Florida's Friendly People, and immediately did a search of the group's past postings to find a garage door installer. We interviewed three companies and found Precision Door's visit and quote to be far superior in services and features mentioned. We placed our order and were very happy with our technician Jeremy and his work. The door is beautiful and exactly as promised. He was prompt and professional and there wasn't a smidgen of debris left behind after he was done. We would recommend Precision Door to anyone without hesitation.

My service rep, Joe was professional yet friendly. I am pleased with his assessments. I think every thing is OK but I still hear a loud noise when the garage door opens. I'll work with this and see if the noise lessens because when the door open, outside of this noise, it is sooo quiet.
