My rental property is about an hour away (which normally involves days and coordination to rectify) but not with this amazing company. I called Precision late in the day who sent someone the same evening. They were able to assess the situation and give me 3 options. We chose to install a new garage door opener. The technician installed on the spot and when finished took payment over the phone and emailed the receipt - complete service from start to finish. I had a power surge and needed a new board. I had conversations with 3 different companies and Precision was by far the most responsive. Mike showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection on rollers, springs, everything, something others had not done. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant! I decided to replace the entire unit and Mike was able to do immediately, no waiting on ordered parts etc. Precision has my future business all because of Mike's service and attitude. Well done!

Was VERY pleased with Precision and especially the tech that arrived, Gaetano. We'd been having trouble for several weeks with the remote control opening & closing the garage door. It had been working sporadically and we'd tried everything possible to figure out what was the problem. Mike your service guy was terrific and I felt very confident in the work done and the way it was performed I have health concerns in this difficult time and needed to be careful and Mike could not have done better, mask gloves wipes all clean worked right thru lunchtime to finish the job on a hot day He deserves all 5 of the stars I gave excellent job!
