Was VERY pleased with Precision and especially the tech that arrived, Gaetano. We'd been having trouble for several weeks with the remote control opening & closing the garage door. It had been working sporadically and we'd tried everything possible to figure out what was the problem. Gaetano asked us questions, listened to our answers, gave me a couple of options to consider and we were able to correct the issue quickly and at the least cost. Would highly recommend this company!

Mike your service guy was terrific and I felt very confident in the work done and the way it was performed I have health concerns in this difficult time and needed to be careful and Mike could not have done better, mask gloves wipes all clean worked right thru lunchtime to finish the job on a hot day He deserves all 5 of the stars I gave excellent job! What a terrible experience. Two technicians were sent and the 'lead' tech had absolutely the worst attitude and unprofessionalism I have ever encountered before. We have done business with Precision many times before but never again...refused the service and was met with threatening disposition from the tech. During a time when establishments like this should be treating customers with respect...you instead great with animosity and sarcasm.

Mark Basilotto arrived right on time to diagnose what was causing my garage door opener not to work. It stopped working the night before. I disengage the release and lowered the door manually. Mark reengaged the arm that connects door to the track. He found the operator started to work once again and decided there was just a glitch in the system possibly due to a power interruption or surge. He tested the opener a couple times and it's working fine now. Thank you Mark!

Very pleased with the service we received today. High praise for Chris and his helper, Fisher, who were on time, courteous, and professional. Chris gave us three options to choose from and explained each one. After we made our decision, they came back the next morning with the product and replaced it quickly and efficiently!
