My rental property is about an hour away (which normally involves days and coordination to rectify) but not with this amazing company. I called Precision late in the day who sent someone the same evening. They were able to assess the situation and give me 3 options. We chose to install a new garage door opener. My spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to contact Precision late afternoon and talk to someone who set up first thing Monday service. Derrick, our technician called first thing to let me know he was on the way. In an hour we we went from inspection and estimate to finishing the replacement of springs, bearings, and rollers. Derrick was friendly, informative, and efficient. I thought the service was excellent and the price was fair.
