Unbelievable service! I called and they were out within a 1/2 hour and had the door fixed within an hour. Alex the technician, was kind, informative and knowledgeable. He offered me advice for the future and really cared about teaching me how to maintain the door. You have earned by business from now on. Your sales team was very polite and knowledgeable in measuring and making sure a new garage door would fit and was in stock before scheduling the installation. The mechanics a few days later showed up also very polite and knowledgeable and ready for the installation. I called on Monday and said my garage door would not go down. I was given an appointment for Tuesday between 2 and 4. On Tuesday I got a phone call from their technician, Josh, who said he could get here earlier if it was Okay. Josh came and looked at the door and told me what he needed to do and the cost to do it. We agreed and he stated it would take about an hour and a half. Josh completed the work timely and showed me what all he had done. I was very pleased with the service!

Expert, efficient repair job by Mark! The old door had literally fallen apart, yet he was able to manhandle it down, put it all back together with new parts (springs, rollers,cables), and have it running smoothly in less than an hour and a half. Really impressive!
