Spring broke.We were able to make an appointment on line through Holly for the next day. Chris was our tech. He did a thorough job finding also that our pulley cables were performing poorly and showed us the cables were fraying. He was able to replace them as well during the same repair appointment. Door failed to come down after he had left but, after we called him he returned immediately to realign the safety beams. 7 year warranty parts and labor included. We recommend Precision for their knowledgeable techs. And quality service.

We’re so happy with our new garage door. It’s so much quieter, has a tight seal, and is better insulated. We had to wait a long time to get it due to Covid delays in shipping. Derrick came out and gave me a very clear run through about what was wrong with my garage door system and how it could best be fixed. He was very cordial and took time to answer all my questions. He was not pushy and gave me time to process the information. I felt very respected and experienced him as being an advocate instead of talking down to me. (Like the other man from another garage door company). When I declined the service due to my budget constraints...Derrick was very kind and compiled information to leave with me should I change my mind. Because he took the time to be patient, I was able to connect the dots and realize that his assessment was accurate. So I agreed to the purchase. Derrick worked quickly to complete the job right then so I could leave for my other appointments on time. I have not regretted the (quite substantial) replacement for a second. I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of this company. I am a proud new owner of a fine new garage door system that I can depend on and feel secure with. Highest recommendation!

Technician Gaetano C. arrived on time and wearing a mask. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue at hand and described several options to repair the non-operating garage door motor. We chose to replace rather than repair and to upgrade to belt from former chain drive. Gaetano's workmanship was great and feel the price was reasonable. 100% satisfaction.

Fast service. Called about a problem that our garage door was randomly opening on its own. Derrick the technician was out first thing in the morning next day. You just don't get better service that Precision!!!!! We purchased our beautiful and unique garage door from Precision 3 years ago. It truly completed our modern renovation to our home. The Precision team was extremely professional, from sales to installation. Just this past week we had a little noise in our door mechanism and called them. They came out and performed the minor adjustment just a few hours after our call.

A young man named Justin arrived at my front door at about 11am this morning from Precision garage door company and said he was here to fix my problem. He was extremely polite, well mannered and clean. I showed him to the garage and was amazed at how quickly he determined the problem and got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. VERY professional!!! I asked him to come to the front door after putting his equipment back in his van so I could receive the bill and he said "Happy New Year, you're all set. Thanks for your business." We were very happy with the quick response from Precision Door. When our very large and heavy garage door failed they arrived the next day to review the problem. When the opener on the door failed the springs for the door not only broke in two places but also the chain track for the opener bent when it crashed to the floor. Brett took his time to explain the problem and to talk about how heavy our door was. He gave us two options for the repair and we felt comfortable with the knowledge to choose the appropriate one for us. Brett worked hard as our old door really didn't want to cooperate. He was clean and courteous and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.
