Replaced existing garage door and garage door opener. They did a good job with the installation except for the wood trim. The existing wood trim is 21 years old and had wood rot and was warped at the bottom. They just tacked a new strip over the old. The old molding will continue to rot and warp further causing problems in the future. Should have done it properly and replaced the old damaged wood trim. Sales representative said that the old wood trim would be replaced upon new installation but it didn't happen.

Our garage door (25 years old) started making horrible noises and shaking to the extent that we parked our vehicles on the driveway in case we could no longer open and close the door. It was a good thing that we did that because all of a sudden the door wouldn't budge. We called your company after scanning the options in our area and read the glowing reviews. It was after hours when we called but we left the message with a very polite lady. The following morning I had an email saying someone would be at our house that afternoon. Fisher arrived around 2-2:30 after calling first. He inspected the problem and then wrote up three options and explained each one clearly and the benefits of each one to us. After choosing the option that we felt was the best scenario for us, he worked on our door for 4 hours bringing the door and it's operation back to better than new condition. We were impressed by his knowledge and his work ethic. He kept on task and was polite, and answered all of our questions. We were totally impressed by him and his work, and with the prompt response from your company. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends.

Had what turned out to be a minor problem with our opener. Magnified by the fact we are in Canada and house is in Florida. Made a call to Precision and within 3 hours Alex picked up a key from my friend and was at the house. An hour later everything was resolved and the system serviced. Unbelievable. Had to wait 3 weeks in Canada for same service.
