We had a later appointment, but an earlier appointment came open. Justin called and asked if it was okay to come by, He did, went straight to work and within a short time, the door was working again. I would gladly call Precision for any door problem, BUT I do not foresee that in the near future. A recommendation would always be FIVE STAR.

Originally the first estimate indicated a 5 year warranty but after the installation it was reduced to a 3 year warranty, what gives? Not the way to honor the original estimate and for whatever reason this is not good business.

We selected Precision because there was a tag left from the previous owner. It was a great choice. Justin did a great job. We needed some parts replaced and now it works great and is much quieter. Very pleased with the job. 5 stars.

No trauma garage door repair. Technician Alex called that he was running late. I appreciated that, as this money pit requires much attention and a plumbing company came 2 hours late with no call not that long ago. Since my air conditioner died within 6 days of move in, and gutters were needed as damage was being done to lanai and front door area, just to name a few issues here...I was traumatized by the unreputable and overpriced. Precision Door was neither. I found Alex honest, and he patiently explained the cost options. Alex also had a sense of humor, something I really needed today after the back flow valve leak of 3 days ago. When you wake up each morning wondering, "What next?", it's nice to know that Precision Door is out there to help. Thank you Precision Door.

I’ll give six stars. Very pleasant, good skills. Worked quickly and explained all steps while I hung around in the garage. Replaced a big capacitor and printed circuit board. And adjusted one of the lift assist springs. I would recommend them highly! Jim Hunicke 860-510-3519

I was all ready to head out for work and I couldn't get my garage door open. Upon further review my spring had broken. That thing(door) is heavy! Anyway Precision was ableto get to my house within 1.5 hours. Justin was a pleasure to talk to and answered all of my questions as well as offeered his advice. His positive and knowledgeable attitude led him to solve the problem in no time. His suggestion for preventable maintenance will be followed. I highly recommend Precision Door for garage door work. Had spring and cable replaced. Precision gave me a fast time slot, since I needed to get car out of garage. From the wonderful operator/woman who answered my initial call ( very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, ) to Mark who came to repair my garage door, all top service.
