I was very pleased with my service. The technician was determined to correct the myriad problems with my door and motor. He explained each step in the process and offered options. He even programmed my car to operate the opener afterwards. I purchased a new motor as well as a number of parts for the door.

I've been with Precision for many years and am surprised they normally can be at my house the same day I need service. Today was no different. I called my order in late morning & Leigh was here mid afternoon. I had a broken spring which he fixed and didn't charge me since Leigh was here two months ago to repair the door. Both technicians were very knowledgable and efficient and fast. I liked that they gave me some options. They not only met expectations but went above and beyond. After they fixed my garage door they checked, tightened and replaced when needed, every screw, nut and bolt connected to that door. Impressive! They even got my old remote to work. Thanks guys!
