I've been with Precision for many years and am surprised they normally can be at my house the same day I need service. Today was no different. I called my order in late morning & Leigh was here mid afternoon. I had a broken spring which he fixed and didn't charge me since Leigh was here two months ago to repair the door. You could have blown me away. I higly recommend this company to service your home or business.

Both technicians were very knowledgable and efficient and fast. I liked that they gave me some options. They not only met expectations but went above and beyond. After they fixed my garage door they checked, tightened and replaced when needed, every screw, nut and bolt connected to that door. Impressive! They even got my old remote to work. Thanks guys!

About 6;00 pm our garage door came down. The spring came down tearing the bolts off etc. Gentleman from Precision Doors was here first thing in the am. He repaired the door that had sustained extensive damage enough to get our cars out of the garage and operational for emergency use only. He also gave me estimates for permanent repairs and the price of a new door. Extremely happy with the service provided by Precision doors.

my technician was a miracle worker!! My garage door is really on its last leg. My technician fixed the door, instead of saying it's a lost cause and making me buy a new door. I will need a new door but, at least it will get me by until I can save up for a new door. When it's time to get the new door, I will buy from Precision Door. They have earned my trust!!! He changed out the rollers and put a new bar on the top of the door, it was bent pretty bad and the new bar helped straightened it out, and stabilized the door. I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

Justin came to our home today and repaired our garage door opener. Not only did he show up as promised, he was very professional and left no question unanswered. Had the best service from Precision!! They made an appointment, showed up on time....and within a short time....I not only got an estimate that was more than fair, but, I had a new garage door opener, new seal on the old door, and new exterior key pad. I was so impressed that I felt NO high pressure....and in fact the technician was so honest to tell me what I needed vs what I thought I needed! Honesty, integrity, efficiency and promptness are what you get from Precision!
