What a waste of time. Appointment was scheduled for 6-8pm. I clarified this as being in the evening. Answer was yes , as they don’t start until 12pm(mid day) great as I work until 3pm. I started getting called about 9.30am, I’m at work. They got to the gate, no reply as I am working. I will not be using them. I even got an estimate for the work, they didn’t even see. Waste of time, no much wonder they have to do so much advertising.

Precision Door was phenomenal! My garage door spring broke the day before I was going back to Michigan for four months. No other company could fit me in. Precision Door at first said they couldn’t do it but after hearing my situation called in a tech to fix the door on Saturday evening. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lifesavers. I highly recommend them.

The repairman came out then looked at the standard garage door, which is a Horizontal 7ft rail. The repairman did not want to fix the door, nor did he care to order the parts needed for the job. I was extremely disappointed. I will not use this company anymore He wouldn't even give me another local company name so we could have a new estimate.

Our garage door no longer opened with a remote including through our car. We thought we would need a new garage door opener, but Jason Hennagir from Precision had a motherboard that replaced the one not working and now our garage door opens with all of our remotes! Could not repair my garage door. They do not carry Wayne Dalton torque tube springs. I was still charged for the $80 service call to have a technician take one look inside my garage and say we can’t repair your springs. When I asked for an estimate on the phone, I was told most springs cost $150-300, it would depend if I have one or two springs. I said I couldn’t see the springs because they were in a tube. But, I guess I didn’t say the buzz word Wayne Dalton torque tube for them to know they couldn’t repair. I never thought to ask any more than that, because your website says you carry “nearly all spring sizes on the truck, so 99% of the time your door will be fixed on the first visit.” I was quoted $1800 to convert the tube to a traditional spring system. Overhead Door of Naples does the same work for $650.

On Thursday, September 28th, 2023 a representative from Precision Garage Door responded to my home re. a problem with my (old) garage door. The representative, (LUKE), Called me twenty minutes prior to arrival. Luke arrived promptly; and immediately determined the problem with my door. Luke offered four separate repair scenarios re. repair and replacement of numerous moving parts. I found Luke to be Knowledgeable, Skilled, Polite, Professional, Patient, Courteous, Respectful, Intelligent, Articulate, Clean Cut, and indeed quite Skilled. Luke repaired and replaced numerous "moving parts" that had become worn over many years of daily use. Luke replaced the coil spring, rollers, bearings, lift motor, the drive system, etc. My garage door now works very smooth, and very quietly;; thanks to the knowledge, skills, and ability of Luke; my Precision Door representative.
