The salesman was very. Knowledgeable about the door. I. Felt very comfortable going forward. I had 2 other quotes which were close to precision'a price but did not include everything that Precision offered. The. Guys were great and cleaned up everything and the inspector advised the job had been done perfectly. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend highly.

Precision Garage Door Service had replaced a spring and some rollers back in 2014. I thought our door was sounding louder than normal, so we set up a maintenance visit. Representative Tom found nothing wrong with our door, and didn't try to sell us parts we didn't need. He did point out that our garage motor was over 20 years old, and gave us a list of motors and prices for future review. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions...., thanks Tom!

I was using another company but, they could not diagnose the issue. Saw TV commercial and called Precision. Made an appt for Sunday. No upcharge for the weekend and a very responsible service charge period. Tom was the technician, he called when he was leaving and gave me an ETA. He was on time. Showed him some videos of the issue, then he tried the door. Looked at the opener, a 14 yr old opener. Told me he could repair but, based on age something else could go wrong. Suggested a new opener, quoted 2. I choose the Liftmaster. Wow! What a difference. Much quieter and smoother running. Also replaced the weather seal. Very happy with service and price. Professional, courteous and fairly priced. A winning combination. Thanks Tom! Yes I would recommend Precision Garage Doors.

I had a problem with my overhead garage door closing properly; it wouldn't and I had to release it and close it manually. I called and scheduled a service call with Precision Garage Door Service. Turned out the drive belt had begun losing teeth and wasn't functioning properly. Given that the unit was 12 years old and near the end of its useful life, I decided to replace it. The technician installed a new Liftmaster unit. Afterward, he reprogrammed my existing remotes and helped me update the remote built in to one of my cars. He also adjusted the springs and lubricated all the joints and wheels. I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for anyone needing their garage door serviced.

I was not wowed with today's service call ! tech determined within minutes literally a minute that I needed a new motor! I had to suggest he look inside motor at least to determine what he thinks i need ! Not sure if I am still a fan

Purchased and had garage door installed 2021. First time needing service. Overtime and use garage door had too much downforce and loss memory two days ago. Called today 5/17/24 to get on their schedule for service. I was set up for same day between 2-6, service tech called, provided a 30 minute courtesy call, diagnosed all the above, made adjustments needed, and completed at 1:30. Couldn’t be happier with service!
